How do I put in a seamless nose ring?
Gently twist the two ends apart (do not pull them away from each other — twist in opposite directions). Slide one end through your piercing, then twist the ends back together until the ring sits seamlessly. The join should be virtually invisible. If you are struggling, warm the ring slightly in your hands first to make the gold more pliable.
