How long does delivery take?
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for crafting. UK delivery is free, tracked and typically takes a further 2–3 working days. The estimated total is approximately 5–8 working days from order to delivery. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I know what size to order?
Measure the inner diameter of your current correctly fitted ring—the distance across the inside of the circle—and confirm its gauge. You can also use our piercing-specific size guides or contact us before ordering. Tell us your piercing location, current gauge and inner diameter if known. Photo-based recommendations are estimates because anatomy, placement and piercing angle can all affect the fit.
What if I order the wrong size?
Because each piece is made to the gauge and diameter selected at checkout, customer sizing errors are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure and we will help you identify a suitable starting size.
Is your gold genuine 14ct solid gold?
Yes. Every piece is made from genuine nickel-free 14ct (14K) solid gold, containing at least 58.5% pure gold. It is not gold-plated, gold-filled or vermeil; the same gold alloy runs from the surface to the core.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the destinations available in our country/region selector. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination.
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Each piece is made to the specifications selected at checkout. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene seal, it cannot be returned for a change of mind after that seal has been removed. Tried-on or worn piercing jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is faulty, not as described or incorrect. Customer sizing errors are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights; please see our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy.
What does the one-year craftsmanship warranty cover?
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects during normal wear. It does not cover loss, customer sizing errors, normal surface wear, accidental damage, repeated bending or twisting, incorrect opening and closing, misuse or third-party alteration. We may request photographs, video, packaging information or return of the item before confirming the appropriate remedy.
