Shipping Policy

Every Stepoy ring is handmade to order from genuine 14K solid gold. We do not hold pre-made stock — your piece is crafted specifically for you, in the exact size and gauge you choose.

Processing time

Please allow 3–5 working days for your ring to be handcrafted. During peak periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), crafting may take up to 7 working days. We will keep you updated by email throughout.

United Kingdom

All UK orders include free tracked and insured delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery: Free Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48 Transit time: 2–3 working days after dispatch Total estimated time: 5–8 working days from order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Europe: Shipping from £4.95 via Royal Mail International Tracked (5–7 working days after dispatch) Rest of World: Shipping from £7.95 via Royal Mail International Tracked (7–14 working days after dispatch)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Stepoy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery issues

If your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and any safe places around your property. If it remains missing, contact us at info@stepoy.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

If your UK order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or your international order within 25 working days, please get in touch and we will resolve this for you.
