Yes. Seamless hoops are designed for fully healed piercings only — typically 6–12 months after the original piercing, depending on placement. For fresh or healing piercings, please continue with the jewellery your piercer recommends.

Solid 14ct gold throughout — never plated, never gold filled. The wire is 58.5% pure gold alloyed for durability.

Gauge is the thickness of the wire. 16G is the thickest (1.2mm), 22G the thinnest (0.6mm). The right gauge depends on your existing piercing — most piercings are made at a specific gauge, and you'll want to match it so the hoop sits comfortably. As a starting point: nose and tragus are usually 18G or 20G; septum, helix, daith and conch usually 16G or 18G; lobes can take anything from 16G to 22G. If you're unsure, ask your piercer which gauge you were pierced at.

Inner diameter is the size of the hoop's opening, measured across the inside in millimetres. The right size depends on where you wear it and your personal preference. The quick guide above gives typical ranges by placement. If you already have a hoop you love, measure its inner diameter with a digital calliper or ruler to match.

Yes. We can make any half-size from 5.5mm to 10.5mm by request. Choose the closest whole size when ordering and use the Request a Half Size form to tell us your exact size — we'll confirm before crafting your hoop.
