3. Choosing your size
The inner diameter determines how closely the hoop sits around your nose or ear:
- 6–7mm: a smaller, closer fit
- 8–9mm: a balanced everyday fit for many placements

Choose the same gauge as your current jewellery: 20G is approximately 0.8mm, while 18G is approximately 1.0mm.

4. How to put it on
This seamless nose hoop is designed for a fully healed piercing.
Open it by gently twisting the two ends sideways in opposite directions. Do not pull the ends directly apart, as this can distort the circle.
Guide one end through the piercing, then twist the ends back into alignment. Rotate the hoop until the letter design faces outward. If fitting feels difficult, ask a professional piercer for help.
