Choose exactly two letters from A–Z and enter them in the order you want them made. The two initials sit together along the visible outer section of the conch ring, creating a personal detail through the middle of your ear stack.
Letter order matters, so AB will be made as AB rather than BA. Different combinations also have different overall widths because letter shapes vary naturally. 2. Solid gold & personalisation
The letters and ring are made from genuine 14ct solid gold, never plated or gold-filled. This personalised conch ring is nickel-free and handmade to order for a fully healed piercing.

Different letter combinations naturally have different widths. Wider letters such as M and W can create a broader front than narrow letters such as I or L.
3. Choose your conch fit
Conch sizing is mainly about how far your piercing sits from the outer edge of your ear. The ring needs enough room to travel from the piercing, around the cartilage and past the outer rim without pressing into the ear.
- 9mm — a very close option for conch piercings positioned relatively near the outer rim, with less cartilage to clear
- 10mm — a close fit for some placements sitting nearer the outer edge
- 11mm — gives a little more room where the piercing sits further into the conch
- 12mm — allows more clearance for deeper placements or thicker cartilage
- 13mm — offers the most room in this range for piercings sitting further inward or for a more open ring look
Every ear is different, so these are starting points rather than fixed sizing rules. If you already have a conch ring that fits comfortably, measure straight across its inside edge and choose the same inner diameter.
For wire thickness, choose the gauge that matches your current conch jewellery: 16G = 1.2mm or 18G = 1.0mm. If you are unsure which gauge you currently wear, check with your piercer before ordering rather than choosing by appearance alone.
Because two-letter combinations can be wider than a single initial, allow for a little more visual space along the visible section of the ring. If you are unsure about clearance or fit, contact us before ordering.
4. How to wear it
This seamless personalised ring is made for a fully healed conch piercing.
Gently twist the two ends sideways in opposite directions. Try not to pull them straight apart, as that can change the shape of the ring. Hold the ring itself rather than using the letters as a handle.
Guide one end through the piercing, twist the ends back into alignment, then rotate the ring until the two letters face the way you prefer. Their final angle can vary slightly with your anatomy and piercing direction. If fitting feels difficult, a professional piercer can help fit it safely.
