4. How to wear it

When you are ready to put it in, gently twist the two ends sideways in opposite directions. Pulling them straight apart can change the shape of the circle, so it helps to hold the hoop itself rather than the elephant.
Once one end is through your piercing, gently twist the ends back into alignment. If you would feel more comfortable with a little help, a professional piercer can fit it for you.
