4. How to wear it

Gently twist the two ends sideways in opposite directions. Try not to pull them straight apart, as that can change the shape of the ring. Hold the ring itself rather than using the crown as a handle.
Guide one end through the piercing, twist the ends back into alignment, then rotate the ring until the crown faces the way you prefer. Because the crown has a clear top and bottom, its final angle can vary slightly with your anatomy and piercing direction. If fitting feels difficult, a professional piercer can help fit it safely.
