3. Choosing your size

Choose the same gauge as your current nostril jewellery.

The inner diameter determines how closely the double hoop sits around your nostril. A smaller diameter creates a closer fit, while a larger diameter leaves more space beneath the nose.

Because the two hoops need to sit neatly together, the correct diameter is particularly important. Measure the inner diameter of a well-fitting nose ring, or ask your piercer to confirm your size before ordering.

Half sizes are available for a more precise fit.
4. How do I choose Left or Right?

Choose the option that matches the side of your pierced nostril:

  • Left nostril: the double hoop twists upwards and curves towards the left.
  • Right nostril: the double hoop twists upwards and curves towards the right.

Left and right refer to your own left and right while wearing the ring, not how the side appears to someone looking at you or in a mirrored photo.

If you have piercings on both sides and would like one for each nostril, add one Left and one Right to your bag.
5. Wearing your seamless hoop

Gently twist the ends sideways in opposite directions to open the ring. Do not pull them directly apart, as this may distort the double-hoop shape.

Guide the insertion end through your healed piercing, then rotate the ring into position until both hoops sit neatly around the nostril. Twist the ends back into alignment to close.

The first fitting may take a little more care than a single hoop. If you are unsure, ask a professional piercer to fit it for you.
