3. Choosing your size
This hoop has a fixed 9.5mm inner diameter, measured across the open space inside the ring.
Choose 9.5mm if:
- 9mm feels too snug
- 10mm leaves slightly too much space
- You want a fit precisely between the two sizes
Choose the same gauge as your current jewellery. Your ideal diameter will depend on your anatomy and piercing placement.
4. Wearing your seamless hoop
Open the hoop by gently twisting the ends sideways in opposite directions. Do not pull the ends directly apart, as this can distort its shape.
Guide one end through your fully healed piercing, then twist the ends back into alignment. If the piercing is difficult to reach, ask a professional piercer to fit it for you.
